HOME BEAUTY TIPS

 TIPS FOR DRY SKIN:


Take a carrot and grind it , then add cream  of the milk or honey or oil of olive. Make a viscous past, apply for 15 minutes, then rub with wet hands for massage. Then wash with fresh water,, you will fresh with shiny face.


Mix Rose's Lime, lemon juice and oil of olive; apply daily, after a few days you will feel the change..


More Easy way: Simply add lemon juice to milk cream and apply. 




TIPS FOR OILY SKIN:


Take teaspoon full of Honey, add half teaspoon lemon juice, mix it well and then apply on your face for 20 minutes. Wash with mineral water feel fresh and comment on this page.


Take half cup milk, add pop corn as required and keep for 15 minutes. Grind with hands to remove hard portion, make a past, apply on face and neck, then wash with fresh water, do practice for several days. feel the difference.

Protection against Swine Flu


HOW TO PROTECT 


Wash your hands often.

Use hand sanitizer (such as Purell.)

Avoid touching things in public such as bannisters, doorknobs, countertops, etc..

Clean things such as doorknobs, telephone receivers, etc. with rubbing alcohol.

Avoid touching other people and pets.

Don't share food, drinks, cigarettes, etc. with others.

Encourage children to cover their mouth/nose when they cough or sneeze.
